All goods are delivered by Courier (Fastway) or by Australia Post Parcel Service. Most orders will come by express post and arrive the very next day to all towns/cities within the delivery network. Larger orders will be delivered by courier. You will receive tracking info for Courier orders and can request tracking info for Aus Post if you so require but we do not automatically provide these as your goods will be there before you have time to read the tracking number :-) All couriers orders are insured upto $1000 . Aus Post orders are insured to $50 only but are trackable and rarely lost. You accept and fully understand that that there is a risk of loss and in the event that a parcel is lost and cannot be found - you will be liable for that loss. In the event that a parcel is lost your order will be replaced if it is a Courier order and you will be compensated to $50 if it is an Aus Post order - plus we will offer you a replacement at our cost price as a gesture of good faith cos we know how annoying it is to lose stuff in the post!

We do our best to make sure you get your order ASAP and in perfect condition.

Courier packages are required to be signed for at the delivery address by a person at that address. Deliveries are made only during business hours and if there is no-one present to accept the delivery then a calling card will be left. You will then need to arrange re-delivery with the courier or alternately you can sign the calling card to authorise the courier to leave the goods unattended in an area specified by you.

For tubs and buckets the rate depends on location, you will be charged the standard $7.00 during checkout and then we will bill you for the remaining amount - you will be informed of this amount before we charge you. The following fees are the total you will pay including the $7.00 already billed during the checkout.

International Shipping

We happily ship Internationally and have many customers from UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Asia and more. We have never had any problems with customs in any of these countries and your goods will arrive safely. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the product(s) you have ordered are not prohibited in your country – we are not responsible for any seizures.

We offer regular airmail for orders and this service is generally 7-14 business days for delivery – depending on your country and local postal service. This service is the cheapest and is very reliable but there is no tracking available. Insurance is available at an extra cost also.

We also offer International Express Courier or International Express Parcel, these services vary from 2-4 days delivery, are traceable and require a signature at the point of delivery. Contact us for a complete quote prior to ordering. We will bill postage to you as a separate charge (minus the $7 already added in the shopping cart) but we will not add any postage until you have chosen your preferred option. Also, insurance is optional on all packages at an extra charge.

Please note: If ordering from Italy your customs are very strict and goods have been delayed in the past for up to 4 weeks. We strongly suggest you request us to send them by International Express Courier (more expensive but faster customs clearance and tracking).
